Our Philosophy

We at Teachers Unite adopt a set of educational philosophies that define how we  perceive educational reform and work hard to implement them across our partner schools. Here are some of these philosophies:

“Teaching in an environment that is not conducive to learning is like planting a seed in rough dry soil and expect it to flourish”

“Diversity is the key to creativity and innovation but only if collegiality is instigated and practiced”

“Failure in learning is not necessarily the outcome of a learner’s incapability, yet a teacher’s inability to deliver instruction in a way that is relevant to the learner”

“Only through trial and failure does a teacher mature and develop to become the competent educator expected to be”

“Adopting one learning approach or teaching method is like forcing all learners to wear a one-size-fitted garment with disregard to their different shape and body types”

“Behaviour Modification is a key element to a conducive and effective learning classroom”

“Today’s learners could never become tomorrow’s successful members of a conscious society without an education that caters to their ethical development”

“Global education starts with a multicultural classroom that is fully tolerant and capable of embracing diversity”
